Questions about a design belong here. Whether a shelf is adjustable, what the inside height of a cabinet actually is, how deep a drawer runs, whether a case will take a fifty-pound stack of dinner plates, what the anchor hardware looks like: we have the drawings and can answer from them.

The address is [email protected]. One person reads it, usually within a working day or two. Tell us which piece you mean, by name or by the width, and if the question is about a room, the wall measurement helps more than anything else you could send.

Questions about an order go to the shop

We never see your order. If a parcel is late, a part is missing from the box, a payment did not go through or you want to send something back, that conversation has to happen with our retail partner, on the same listing you bought from. Their order history has the tracking, the invoice and the return window. Writing to us first only adds a day.

One exception worth knowing: if a part is missing or damaged, tell us too. Missing hardware is a packing problem at the factory, and knowing which bag went short on which case is how it gets fixed for the next run.
